Allana was first a part of Australia at Rugby Sevens back in 2013. After suffering numerous knee injuries throughout many years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana's first rugby league match for women was in 2015. Her performance was impressive against Queensland and represented New South Wales. Allana is also adding radio into her arsenal, regularly appearing on the highest-rated Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Allana also holds a teaching degree. Allana Ferguson is the only Australia player to represent Australia in the rugby sevens competition and in rugby league in addition to touch.
